How do I get my files?
Right after payment, you get an email with your download link. You can also download from your Gumroad receipt.
Will anything be shipped?
No. All products are digital downloads.
Which file should I print?
Match the file to your frame ratio. Each download includes a guide, and every product page has a 'Which file do I print?' helper.
How large can I print?
Up to 24 × 36 in, or A1, at full quality.
Where can I print?
At home on matte or fine-art paper, at a local print shop, or with an online print service.
Can I use the art commercially or resell it?
Your purchase is for personal use: print it for your home or as a gift. You may not resell or share the files. Need it for a business — a café wall, a client project or products? Contact us for a commercial licence.
Can I get a refund?
Because our products are instant digital downloads, all sales are final. If a file doesn't open or is damaged, email us and we'll send a working file.
Do you make custom designs?
Not yet. Custom orders open soon. Join the list on the Custom design page.
The colours look different in print.
Screens and printers vary. Matte paper and a print shop give the closest result.
